Il nichel spazzolato hardware migliora l'estetica. Il Meinl Percussion Artist Series Bongo Diego Gale è dotato di alette di accordatura da 8 mm e un cerchio SSR da 3 mm. Entrambi presentano la finitura in nichel spazzolato per aggiungere l'alta lucentezza del guscio in legno chamchuri a due strati.
